I am on my 3rd vehicle from them and I have zero complaints! The first two I had through covid and they always worked with us during that time. The employees are the absolute best! The payments are always affordable and the reliability of the vehicles are great! Thank y'all for all you do!!
I have nothing bad to say about this dealership! We drove 10 hours to look at a rust-free, top of the line truck, that we purchased just hours later! Preferred Auto Sales has one of a kind salesman and great owners! Upon arrival, our truck was fresh from the shop, clean inside and out and even an oil change! Excellent service, excellent people, excellent vehicles! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend anyone and everyone to check out this dealership. We would most defiantly visit again.
This car lot is the best car lot I’ve ever been to. They actually care about helping individuals. The owner will make sure you’re in a liable car without ripping you off … I will always Come here to buy a car.
Just bought my first car here, wonderful service, amazing car
The WORST place to get a vehicle.... I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They cut you NO slack in certain situations. You can't be 1 day late on your car insurance or they threaten to take your vehicle right then in there. Bought a car and I spent MORE money fixing the car then I did making actual payments... AFTER I had bought the car if it wasn't for my father I would have lost the car a lot sooner than what I had, the whole engine went out after having the car for only 3 months and that was over 1000 to get fixed, only for it to break down again completely after only having the car for 7 months.... The people TOLD us to just sign the title over to the wrecker company which we did, and they are STILL demanding payments even though I don't own the car anymore because it completely broke down... Do not go here.... A waist of money and time, I couldn't be more upset with how unprofessional and how uncaring these people are... Please, take your business else where. Thank you!!!
