Me and my husband thomas Sanchez got a car at carl cape auto a month with us having the car the engine blew up we called the the following day to talk to Luke who runs the car lot and told him everything that was going on and he said don't worry about it I got it they're putting a brand new engine in our car completely free this will be the only place me and my husband get our cars hands-down best customer service ever thank you so much again Luke for everything all done

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They repossessed my vehicle in California at a domestic violence safe home that their address wasn't supposed to be known to the general public. I knew that it was going to be repossessed at some point. They could have called me and let me know that it was going to be repossessed that way I could have gotten my things out and I could have met them somewhere because that address isn't supposed to know by anyone, so how did they know where I was? If there is a tracking device on the car, aren't they supposed to notify me when I signed the papers? According to Oklahoma law they are. I had moved to this safe home for my safety and had forgotten to give them my situation and would have made arrangements with them, so they obviously had some type of tracking device on the vehicle. But this is what really confuses me...if he needed the key to get into the car how is it possible for the car to be opened and being cleaned when my sister had the key, the only belongings that she was able to get is in the photo below. I had two crates of cleaning supplies, cleaning supplies that was unused, a hoodie, two umbrellas, walking cane, CDs and other things so yea someone stole me things either Luke, the woman that was in his office, the vehicle transporter or the sugar plum fairy stole my things. I am a Native woman I had sage and an abalone shell that was given to me by a tribal elder and someone stole that. I do not care to get that back because I am sure some white people have been touching it and that is something that I do not care to have. I had a Victoria's Secret canvas bag with some important documents in it, that is gone. I have filed a complaint with the Norman police and have sent an email to the Attorney General in Oklahoma. I am waiting to hear if I have to file here in California. Supposedly, Luke is unaware of the bank that did the financing of the vehicle, I was told by Bobby Orr that they did the financing in house and no bank would be involved. I do have witnesses about the bank and the no mention of a tracking device. My mom and sister was there that day when I purchased the vehicle. Luke also stated to me that he didn't know who the towing company was that took my vehicle from the safe home. I do not care to communicate with Luke no longer because I believe that he knows more than he is telling. I knew that I was behind but I just didn't have to money to pay so I am not upset about that, I am upset about not getting my things. According to some dealerships that I had talked to they said that once a vehicle is repossessed no one is supposed to remove anything from the vehicle until you are given the chance to get them removed. Someone stole my items and I will find out who did it.
