I bought a 2018 S4 from Luis today at Risen 1. I live in Iowa so I had no way of seeing the car in person. Luis offered to facetime to show the car. The car was exactly as listed. Very clean, sharp, and well maintained. Luis was very upfront about the minimal visual flaws on the car. When we arrived at the airport he picked us up in a Raptor...which was really cool. He took us to the showroom and let us crawl all over the car to make sure it was what I wanted. He let us take it on a test drive and trusted we wouldnt wreck it. Luis was very patient with the issues I had with my wire transfer. While we waited he made some real light conversation. He is very honest and has a lot of integrity. It wasnt like other used car dealers. You know the ones who simply want you to buy the car and they just hound you. There was none of that. A very relaxing environment. His mechanics were very friendly. If I ever need another car, I would for sure buy from Luis and Risen1 again. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

Wish I could give 100 stars! I walked into Risen 1 Motorsports in absolute crisis. My paid off car broke down for good, and the money that I saved up to put a down payment on a new house for my children was now going to replace our vehicle. I was overwhelmed, emotional, and honestly felt so lost until I met Luis. Luis could sense I was nervous and scared and just trying to make a good decision for my children and I. He stepped in with patience, kindness, and a level of GENUINE care that I will never forget. He didn't see me as just another sale- he just saw a mother trying to take care of her children. Luis & Aaron (dont want to leave Aaron out, he is AMAZING) went above and beyond in ways I won't fully detail, but I will say this- they made sure I felt safe, supported, and comfortabe with my purchase. I had no idea buying a car COULD go that smoothly. While I was there we made small talk and I was so relieved to do business with a God fearing man that has such a strong moral compass. The way he gushed about his wife and kids melted my heart. I remember telling him "I sure hope you're children know how very loved they are." He is a very proud husband and father and that means something to me. Luis is not a normal car salesman that we all despise- he's just good man who sells cars. And to be honest, I dont think he even has to try. There is just something about him that makes you feel like you're in good hands and that is rare to find these days. By the time I left, I wasnt just relieved- I was grateful. What started out being one of the most stressful moments turned into an experience filled with compassion and trust. I walked in a potential customer, but i left feeling like a friend. As long as Luis is in business, I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about people and what he brings to this world, Luis is that person. I can't recommend Risen 1 enough. Luis, Aaron, & Mechanic (didnt catch your name, you were working so hard) - Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You put my children and I in a safe and reliable car that fits our outdoor lifestyle. I am grateful beyond any words I could say.

I have bought almost every single one of my cars from Luis at risen one and have never had any problems with any of them. Loving my most recent purchase, a GMC Acadia! He is very knowledgeable and honest and I wouldn’t think of buying from anyone else!

Luis was very helpful. He told me that if we need mechanical can get serviced there at reduced rate. If need touch ups etc he can get those done at his cost. These are great additional services to offer through a small dealer. Car was at a great price.

I just bought a Tesla from Luis and I really appreciated him taking the time to teach me about that car. I would definitely buy from him again. I've never felt this good after a car deal about the salesman or selling experience.
