I live in Pgh and found the TRD Pro on order at the Zanesville Toyota that I was looking for. I could not find one anywhere and the wait time to order one would have been a 3-9 month wait. Turned out that no one was on the waiting list yet so I was the first in line for it when it got in. The vehicle arrived a short week later. The 2.5 hr drive was worth it. Everyone there very nice and the transaction was very quick and smooth. I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. I love my new purchase!! I have already have gotten so many compliments on how nice it is. Thank you to everyone there that made the experience stress free and actually enjoyable. I am definitely a satisfied customer!!
From the time we expressed interest till the time we drove off the lot the service at Zanesville Toyota was concierge level. I bought my truck from Jamie at Zanesville Honda! He was the most excellent sales experience I’ve had usually I cannot stand talking to salespeople. He was not pushy and very helpful and had a genuine nature to him that put me at ease with my decision. They were all very helpful and even let me diagnose an issue they thought the truck might be having. I really would like to highlight Jamie as an incredible salesman and person! I was headed back to nyc and my car wouldn’t start. I got a jump from triple A and called zainsville Toyota. They were so courteous. Told me to come on by and they would take a look.
