My experience was and still is AMAZING! It was only 6 days from first contact to delivery of my brand new vehicle! The agent who worked with me was amazing too! He fully explained everything to me and walked every step with me, he was even the one who delivered my vehicle! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
Antonio was great. He took his time with me. Explains details more than once when I needed. Showed me my options and was very patient. He walked me through the entire trade in process and stayed with me till the end of my purchase. Making sure all was in order. Adam the manager worked with me too to ensure I was satisfied.Ethan was helpful too. When I was removing items from the car I had several Employees ask if I needed help. We took our 2012 Acura MDX into Zanesville Honda for a transmission/transfer case flush and alignment. They were excellent, professional, courteous, enjoyable to work with. The prices were very competitive, and we will absolutely be getting all of our service done with them in the future.
