I bought a car from this dealer and he sold me a rust bucket for $14,000 come to find out he lied about the financing too they approve me for more than one vehicle and now I'm in a rust bucket so we're worth $8,000 these people are crooked

Salesman texts as if they’re Sondra (from her profile) I get there and it’s someone else. I Drove an hour with my entire family after plenty communication regarding the vehicle ..on a weeknight… to drive a vehicle that the sunroof didn’t close. Big old gap for rain to come in. Salesman tells me he forgot about it. Just FORGOT the sunroof didn’t work until I got back from driving and tell him about it . he said “oh yeah we don’t know what to do about that they want $1400 just to look at it” And tells me that “it doesn’t leak in the car wash so they know it doesn’t leak in the rain” it’s fine. I feel like the dude completely KNEW and wasted my time and Sondra uses her account to lure people into the shop. I would NOT recommend anyone here they’re clearly taking advantage of people where and when they can like most salesman. Just be up front. !
