Just purchased a 2024 dodge ram from this dealership. I am an out of state resident and they made the process very easy for me. Seth my salesperson did an amazing job with helping me and making sure I was informed throughout the whole process. Shawn the finance manager also did an amazing job with getting the deal done with the banks. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I found this company via capital one navigator, I inquired on a truck that had previously sold but the sales rep was able to find me another truck that I liked this was all by phone, it’s my fault for really not doing my due diligence and test driving. I was assured but the rep that everything was perfect and that they were putting it through service “just in case” I even said “hey man no worries I trust you just let me know when it’s ready” they called me said truck was good to go this was just this past Friday, they know I’m coming an 1 hour 45 minutes away, they did say it was coming out of service and was ready for me to pick up, I got there signed the paperwork less than 10 minutes keys in hand(it was great), I stop in town for a coffee. When I get back in the truck I have a check engine light on. Call the dealer, they are closed(they did stay open late for me on a friday to get the truck). Saturday late morning I get a call that says hey our service tech is going to come grab the truck and fix the issues, sure enough when I talk to the service tech he said I need to bring it in 1 hour and 45 minutes . So I just spent the money and had it fixed here in my town. Misfire cylinder 5 spark plug and ignition coil. How does a dealer not do a tune up before selling especially on a truck they bought at auction? … 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 classic express $20k, 80k miles. But truck is running fine now
