Finks Quality Used Cars

I bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot from Finks. It was an excellent, low pressure experience. There were a few issues noted on the test drive that needed addressed and my salesman Larry was right on it. They went the extra mile to make sure that my Jeep performed safely. She runs great and I couldn't be happier. A great car at a great price. I highly recommend Finks Quality Used Cars!

Far from a great experience. The man who was showing the cars was literally trying to sell us a rotted out impala. The csr ran beautiful and was nice inside but the whole under carriage was rotted out so bad at least 6 inches of the bumper was missing. Refused to negotiate on the price. Which was only 6grand. It wasnt worth 2 but would of given him 3 but he wouldn't budge said they had more than that in it. Did you forget to check the bumper and trunk? And the whole underside of the car.... lol. Such fun

Bought a 2017 Honda Crv ex in August 2026 from Finks .. I knew it needed tires .. I loved it ..but everything seemed ok till 2 months later I put new tires on .. well let’s just say everything dominoed from there .. new battery ,tires, speed sensor, axel shaft, new rotors, brakes, wheel baring .. new fuel pump and now timing chain .. over 7k in parts invested and I haven’t had it a year yet... I should have known a bunch of old rude men sitting around doing nothing .. do urself a favor and don’t buy here ..

Bought a camper off them and they told me everything was checked out. Got it home and half the lights didn't light up, but other than that everything was fine. Went back to look at a dump truck. I had one of my friends that is knowledgeable about diesel engines and found about 20 things that needed fixed totaling about 10 grand worth of repairs. Gave them an offer and was told we were too far off and they didn't even make a counter offer. My friend thinks they canceled some errors messages to make them not turn on the check engine light till later.

Purchased a 5 year old car that had some water damage that was clearly covered up by this dealership before we took possession of the car. Car had a clean Car Fax but according to our own investigation and advice from a local auto service center, it has been exposed to water / flooding. Squeaky ball joint is the obvious issue here. We found evidence of the ball joint boot being opened and presumably filled with lubricant to mask the issue. Of course calls to the dealership result in sales and service guys playing dumb.... Advise that you avoid this dealership.
