Dealt with Mark Winland, he sold me my 2019 subaru legacy. He is such a nice and honest guy and he doesnt try and hide the cars problems like most used car dealers. He let me take the car to my own mechanic to take a peak at it before I had bought it. This man deserves a raise/bonus 10/10 dealer would definitely come back and by a car from him again.

Joseph Biggs sold me my Ford Explorer 2017. I had my eyes on another vehicle that was out of my budget , he helped me find something within it with no problems. he let me test drive it the day I came in to just look around see what they had , he was very patient , nice , and helpful ! Went in looking for a new (used) vehicle that would be decent on gas, great safety ratings, and could fit our entire family (2 adults & 5 kids). Joseph was amazing! Kept us within our budget and got us in a great vehicle that we all (kids included) absolutely love! He was very patient and helpful, answering any questions we had about not only the vehicles, but also the process of buying/financing one. Definitely can recommend working with Joseph if you're in the market for a new (used) vehicle.

We scheduled an appointment to test drive the Soul EV and made it clear that we were driving two hours from Dayton, Ohio. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the salesperson knew very little about the vehicle and was unable to answer basic questions. The interior had not been cleaned or detailed and had a strong cigarette odor. While the exterior looked decent overall, the vehicle clearly needs four new tires. Most concerning, the Soul EV is a fully electric vehicle—not a hybrid—and it wasn’t charged enough to even make it to Columbus (about 55 miles away), let alone back to Dayton (approximately 125 miles). If you’re selling an EV, it should be fully charged and ready for a test drive. We are not new to electric vehicles, so we knew what to look for. If you’re considering this car, be sure to do your homework and inspect it carefully, because the dealership was not knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not have it properly prepared for potential buyers. Driving two hours for this level of service was extremely frustrating.
