Bought a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus last year from Corey at Dutro Lincoln. Best experience in buying a new car that I ever had. If you are looking for a new Lincoln go see Corey. He was awesome to work with.
Purchasing a new vehicle can be so stressful, but this wasn’t the case when we bought our Lincoln Aviator. Thank you to Chris Wolfe for all your help and taking such good care of us.
Bringing your car in for a recall and non-related service issue is already not pleasant so when the intake employee gives you attitidue from the start and proceeds to make you feel like an inconvenience - is just please rude and disrespectful! I don't need attitude. Hire better employees who greet the customer respectfully rather than those who have a tude and shouldn't be working the counter. As a follow-up, I have been a Lincoln owner for four years and this is the first time I have been treated so rudely. Makes me ponder returning to VW brand.
