This is my 3rd car purchase from Brock’s and I couldn’t be happier. I have also sent my sisters and other friends and family to Brock’s as well because I know the pride that he takes in his dealership. He really helped my friend out when she was in desperate need of a vehicle and got her a price that she could afford. It was in excellent shape and much nicer than other cars in that same price range at other lots. For my purchases I drive a lot of miles and had my previous 2 cars for around 3 years each and never had to put a dime into them other than routine maintenance. Each time I came to his lot to make a purchase I always felt comfortable and never pressured to make a purchase, he let me take my time and answered every one of my questions and helped me learn all the new gadgets my new car has (it has a ton) lol. This purchase should be my last for quite a few years so I wanted to leave this review to say how thankful I am for all the help that you have been. My dream car has always been a new Murano so when I saw that you had the 2020 Nissan Murano that only had 40k miles on it I had to have it. It’s everything I ever wanted and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you again for everything and I will continue to tell people about your dealership and encourage all others looking for quality used cars to purchase from you as well. Thank you
This was one of the best car-buying experiences I could ask for. Brock was very transparent and answered every question I had. He was a delight to buy from and my car runs smoothly with no issues. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you are looking for a hardworking and ethical salesman!
Keep in mind while reading this, that it’s my first time ever doing something like this on my own (In a short hour at the most) I bought a car from a man I genuinely believed was honest, easygoing, and trying to help me. Looking back, I should have realized something wasn’t right when he had me push my old car to its absolute limit just to make it there to purchase this one. I’m talking smoke rolling out of it by the time I pulled in. I had already stopped once to let it cool down and explained exactly what was happening because it was getting dark. When he told me to “just push it, it’ll be okay,” I assumed he simply wanted to get home after waiting for me a few hours after closing time. I’m a single mother of four at the time with a full-time job that operates during normal business hours. Now two jobs, He knew my situation, the good, the bad, all of it. After everything he had done to “help” me, why wouldn’t I trust him? Not even eight days after purchasing the car, it started having problems. I reached out to him, explained everything, and the only help I received was, “You have a warranty,” or, “Take it to a shop because I don’t have a mechanic.” Speaking of the warranty, when it was brought up during the purchase, I specifically said, “I can’t afford that right now.” I should have worded it differently, but his response was, “It’s free.” Naturally, I took that to mean it wasn’t adding anything extra to my loan or payment that day. Turns out, it wasn’t free at all. Now there’s over an additional $1,000 added to my loan for something I clearly stated I did not want before we even looked at any vehicles, that’s not including the separate payment added for the gap insurance!! Then I started hearing from multiple people that the car may have a salvaged title. I checked the VIN online, and the vehicle that came up was the same car but red, not the color it is now. I still don’t know for certain whether it’s a salvaged title or not. What I do know is that the VIN history showed not one, not two, but THREE separate mileage entries marked as “not included in rollback calculations.” That specifically means certain mileage readings were ignored by the fraud detection system. At the very least, it’s a major red flag. At worst, it’s illegal. Now, less than four months later, even more things are going wrong. I’ve already put $1,160.93 into just four parts and labor, and now I get to add whatever decided to break tonight to the growing list. What really gets me is seeing reviews praising Brock for helping people with broken-down vehicles and going above and beyond for his customers. He knew exactly what my situation was before I bought this car. I was completely honest about the fact that my old car was on its last leg. I appreciated everything he appeared to do to help me get into something more reliable. Instead, I’m putting more money into this vehicle than I ever put into the one that was completely broken down and embarrassing to drive in the first place. At this point, I’m going to save every receipt, every message, every repair bill, and every piece of documentation I have, and I’ll handle this the correct way. I’m not asking for sympathy. I’m asking for accountability. Because doing the right thing shouldn’t only apply when someone is signing paperwork. It should still matter after the sale is over.
Great group of people working there. They were both friendly and helpful. No pressure to purchase from them. We went in for a specific car and ended up purchasing another vehicle that was a bit more. Prices, mileage, and year is on the window. Not like alot of other dealerships.
I've had my dodge since 2021 of April. I paid 6k on a salvage title. Mind you, I was a first time buyer. After 1 week of having it, it would not start as I was looking at an apartment to move into and was stuck there for hours. Brock ended up sending me half of what was needed to get fixed at a dealership because I wouldn't let it go. It has had problems with starting ever since, even when buying new parts over & over again. Well, it was sitting for almost 2 years before getting it fixed. It was good for 3 weeks before it wouldn't start again. I spent more on getting it fixed over & over again than I paid for the whole car. I've thought about selling it but might just keep it for a backup. I don't recommend this place when buying for the first time, or ever for that matter.
