My boyfriend and I came in to purchase a car today, put down a $1200 down payment on a Chevy cruze and not long after leaving the lot and signing papers, the power steering keeps going out and the transmission is faulty. The car feels unsafe to drive and I’m honestly worried about my bf trying to commute 40 minutes to and from work everyday and not wrecking. The staff at the dealership were very nice people and they did mention they didn’t have a hired mechanic at the time. despite this I’m hoping we can work something out with them on Monday regarding either a refund or a swap for a different car, because at this point neither of us trust this vehicle and I do not want to risk his safety in a lemon.

I put 2500$ down for a vehicle, less than 24 hours later it broke down on me. The man in charge offered to give me 500$ back and he’d take the vehicle back. Whattttt??! So I took it to a mechanic, I find out that it’s got several things wrong with it, including the fame had been welded and not very well- which is super dangerous and I’m pretty sure illegal. I had many issues the entire time , they sold me a lemon. The people at Russes used auto are rude and very unprofessional. In fact while having an issue one of the older ladies working there even tells me she’ll have my car towed and the proceeds to hang up on me. I couldn’t believe it!! I paid the vehicle off, and I couldn’t wait to write a review, this car lot is awful!! I’m a single mother of four,, and I feel like I got robbed from these people. I tell anyone and everyone that talks about buying a car to stay away from that car lot, bc they’re rude and they sell lemons!! Don’t do it !!!!!!

They sell lemons here! Bought a vehicle from here, I had some minor issues with it when I first purchased it, I informed them and I was told they would take care of it, great awesome! But the issue they said they fixed was not resolved due to them not actually fixing anything! Was starting to have major issues with it so I took it to a shop, Was told by 2 different shops that the whole engine needed replaced. Took it back to the car lot and I was told that neither of the shops knew what they were talking about and that wasn’t the issue, but he couldn’t provide any type of mechanical work on the vehicle, returned the car 2 weeks ago and now it’s sitting back on their lot for sale! Beware of purchasing a vehicle from there!!!!
