I can’t recommend Ambrose and his Mom at Golden Rule Auto enough to anyone looking for a good deal and an honest dealership. Ambrose was prompt in his replies and upfront with me about a mechanical delay but made sure she was road ready for me and honored the Black Friday price! His lot may look tiny, but he provides great deals and excellent service! 5 stars for sure!

Couldn't be happier with my new truck. Ambrose was extremely helpful and genuine - the entire process was smooth as could be. He answered all my questions and even came in outside of normal business hours to accommodate my schedule. This business isn't named Golden Rule for no reason - they truly live it out with how they treat others. Amazing service, they helped me get right where i wanted with monthly payments. They are very honest and helpful through the entire process! There is no pushing or dragging things out, just right to business. A good portion of their vehicles are very well maintained; better than some used cars ive seen at big dealerships! I bought a 2018 Wrx Sti. April. 10 day of purchase get it home on the 12th find that its leaving a sweet smell behind, April 15th I pay to have the car towed bat to your shop after it had shown signs of overheating, you held it for two weeks I get it your lead tech was off sick but I think that maybe you did this to me on purpose so as that when I got the car back on may 9th drove it home I got two days out of it before I was having the same issue as before no I have tired calling leaving messages twice but it seems I have to resort to leaving a bad review just so you understand how unsatisfying thus whole ordeal has been for me, 1 if the car is broke and you know it dont try and sell it to people as a mint car its misleading and it only creates problems I personally feel that if you were upfront about it I wouldnt be as angry as I am now because im already at the mercy of the loan people so again thanks for putting me in this position I bid you good day.
