Not a good place to purchase a car from, sold me a car that showed no codes, within the first week the spark plugs and coil pack had to be replaced. They told me it just had an oil change prior to me getting the car, yet I think they just reset the code because the oil life eventually popped back on and said 15% oil life left, took for an oil change and told them it just had one according to the place I got the car and the mechanic said there was no way they had it changed! Then I had to put a new alternator on it. I made my payments steadily for months, got a little behind due to unfortunate circumstances, talked to the owner he told me not to worry about it and catch it up later, then they came and repoed my car from my work, leaving me stranded. The old lady that answers the phones is RUDE! she has 0 customer services skills, if she hates her job that much I suggest retirement or a new career, because they won't sell anything as long as she's working there. I was their customer, not her child and didnt need her lectures or her to tell me how to manage MY finances. That lady needs fired or wrote up for the way she speaks to her customers! I will NEVER recommend this place toanybody! Steer clear!

I got a car here about a month ago the car won’t start at all and multiple codes have popped up on the car before shutting off and not starting I called them and they told me everything is sold as is …it just seems to me that they are selling lemons they offered to Come and tow the car and give it back to them I feel like they take the codes off and sale the cars just good enough so you don’t notice they are selling lemons please save your money and don’t go here !

Me and my husband had purchased a vehicle from them the woman up front at messed up our timing so we ended up getting behind three days into the purchase of the vehicle we had to buy to a arms for the front end sway bar links brakes rotors for the whole way around calibers new air filter we had to actually have that professionally clean because it was so packed and so full of anything and everything. We had to change the spark plugs because there was a grinding noise every time I started the vehicle the motor was getting ready to blow there was something wrong in the back every time you hit a bump they knocked and grinded on the back end my back window of my hatch had imploded I had spoke to the manager I spoke to the owner multiple times all I got was I bought as is I screwed I couldn't see thousands of dollars into the vehicle and pay for it the same time so I filled a couple weeks behind. I go out to Zanesville to drop my son off his aunt's house I come back out my car wallet and phone are all gone I call my husband my husband calls my phone my personal phone that is in my car the owner wants to answer my phone call from my husband on my phone laugh at my husband and tell him that he's out of luck he got the vehicle and he asked him and Bates him to turn around and at least give me my phone or my wallet so I can get a hold of somebody to get home that I lived an hour away from he told my husband no and proceeded to tell him that I could ask the people that I was at to take me an hour away home with no money to give for gas. When I get to the shop I just get treated with disrespect from everybody because I fell a couple weeks behind I had paid the prior week he accepted my money and still came and got my vehicle within that week of accepting my money and when I got home from Zanesville I was catching our vehicles up didn't give me the chance opportunity or even asked. This was the worst experience of my life I couldn't imagine leaving somebody stranded an hour away with no way to contact anybody or no way to get home and then laugh at their spouse about it like it's funny like it's an ego trip. It's just way too much I wouldn't recommend this place for a tire
