I have been to several Car Lots in the last month in several different cities looking for a nice dependable car for a good price and that's exactly what I found at Hagers. I highly recommend. Bought a honda there... They said the radio worked and it did for 2 days...back window does not roll down. Sputters and runs warm on really hot days... Still haven't recieved my title and the guy kept spelling my name Eric on all of the paperwork. So now my registration is messed up. I hope and pray I actually get a title!!! I paid cash!

I purchased my car on November 2 with a 45 day temporary tag which expires December 17th, a weekend. I have made several calls to get the white title to get my tags. I have been told, I will go get a copy and mail it. It was mailed 3 days ago. Tonight I was told it was returned to them. Then when I called back within 10 minutes that I will come and pick it up, I was told it's not there and he will have it tomorrow, then he hung up without saying goodbye. Now I have to have tags and they have to provide a title copy for this to happen. I just called title department and was told that just today an electronic copy was sent to finance people and a copy would be mailed to me. It takes 3 to 5 days for mail to process. I will be able to purchase a title for $6. Thanks for the great customer service.

Don't be fooled, I called to inquire about a Honda Civic for my daughter to take to college that was for sale on his lot. Trent the owner answers and tells me he will call me back in an hour ....for some reason, well 5 hours later and still nothing. I get checking on the reviews and see that one of the reviews has the same name as he does. I think relatives are posting reviews for him. Trent is a bad businessman. Bad communication and poor business skills. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.
