Hometown Auto Sales

Had a car from them kept up with all the payments then somehow we were notified we were $422 behind we paid 175 bi weekly we told them we would catch it up with tax money they said okay then I reached out when we got tax money about the balence it we up to $585 all I asked was how it went up they got a snotty attitude with me for simply asking oh and when we got the car 3 hours later the check engine light came on THEY CLEARED THE CODES! And didn’t tell us it needed new cars the back up camera did not work the sun roof did not work, we had the car almost paid off before they pulled the $585 on us and was going to be another $600 to fix it at least then looking more into the contract you would have to pay another $1200 once the car is paid off to even get the title! They were great for about 8 or 10 Months then started to get snotty with us and just very un professional

My experience was not good. For months they tried taking money from my account on non-paydays. I paid my vehicle off and six weeks later, I still have yet to receive it. Ali claimed that she mailed my title, yet I have no proof, as she provided no tracking number. I moved to Texas, so... just going to the BMV isn't an option. I had to get the Ohio Attorney General's office involved. Dealing with these people has been nothing but a nightmare.

Bruh my truck broke down after only 35 days . Come Monday they gotta pick this shit up.

Lots of bad reviews here. How about i add to it.... I saw a jeep i like and called to get the info. The lady who answered the phone said the info was on the website. If you have a customer on the phone speaking directly to them why would you.send them somewhere else???? So I waited till I got home (I was in their parking lot) to get on the website... the vehicle wasnt even on the we site... TERRIBLE business PRACTICES.... i will go elsewhere

I wouldn't buy a moped off these people, you pull into there car lot and 90% of it looks like it's ready for the junkyard
