I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Z71 from Select Auto in Dayton, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Raj, John, and their mechanic went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with the truck. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally, and they made sure all repairs and fixes were completed to our satisfaction. It's hard to find a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers after the sale, but Select Auto proved they stand behind their vehicles and their word. John and Raj were super nice and accommodating! I’d tried several dealers that were asking up to 6k for a down payment with my credit history and thought I was totally out of luck, but luckily Select Auto was willing to work with me and I drove a car off the lot same day! And, with a car payment lower than what any other place absolutely would have given me! Truly thought I was going to carless and didn’t have any options until I came to these guys. I had an amazing experience with Select Auto. I came in with a bankruptcy on my record and was just starting a new job, and they still worked with me to get into a vehicle. The entire team was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. What really stood out to me was their integrity. After I left, I noticed a few issues with the car and reached out to them. They took care of everything immediately with no hesitation. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Raj and John sold us a car. We no longer have said car here’s why. The car had a broken door handle which means we could not lock the car. Which they did fix 5 days later. The seatbelt in the back was cut not broken but completely cut and then tied off. We got the car on a Friday evening. Had it 2 hours and it broke down. Couldn’t have it towed until Monday due to them not having a mechanic in until Monday. Get a call from them stating either we or our ENEMIES put sugar in the tank!?! I didn’t know I was in the mob!?! They argue with us about if they are going to fix it or not. Finally they replace the fuel pump…only for it to break down again after driving it for not even 24 hours. Come to find out the “mechanic” had broken the fuel gauge sensor when he replaced the pump. This is the same “mechanic” who before had “replaced” the fuel pump relay by just taping up the wires in a ball with electrical tape. Pictures below. They won’t give us the car back unless we come up with $1400 after we already put $2000 down and was only able to drive it twice. Please do not go here unless you want an unsafe car!
