I'm a bit hesitant when it comes to buying a used car. Everyone has heard the stories of " the used car salesman". Well I'm here to tell you Wade completely shattered any and all hesitations I might have had. The entire experience was unbelievably smooth and easy. It was more like dealing with family than a " used car salesman". Many many thanks to Wade for everything. When it comes to buying a car, Wade is the man.

Mr Wade Turner, my salesman was the BEST. Treated me with respect and his knowledge of the vehicle was superb. He got me in the vehicle heading home with no hassle and in minimal time and with a full tank of gas!!

Extremely disappointing experience. My daughter called ahead about a used vehicle and was told it was available. She explained multiple times that she was VERY interested, had an appointment scheduled to test drive and purchase it two days later, and even offered to place a deposit to secure the vehicle. We understood they could still sell it. That’s not the issue. The issue is that the dealership sold the car the DAY BEFORE our scheduled appointment and never bothered to contact us. No phone call. No text. No email. Nothing. It gets worse. When we arrived after driving AN HOUR there, my daughter spoke to an employee in the parking lot and gave him the information on the vehicle. He told us: “Oh yeah, they’re cleaning it up right now. Let me go check on it for you.” We sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting for him to return. He never came back. My daughter finally had to go INTO the dealership herself to figure out what was going on, only to discover the vehicle had already been sold the previous day while the employee who originally spoke with her sat inside talking to other customers. At no point did anyone come back out to update us or even apologize until AFTER we tracked someone down ourselves. The car being sold happens. Completely wasting people’s time and treating them with zero respect or communication is the problem.
