Where do I start…..! From the time I walked in, the process was simple quick and easy. I was approved within minutes! Now I’ve been in most dealerships for an 8 hr shift LOL BUT not this time! When I tell you Lavelle and Eric are so patient, professional, understanding and God Sent. I walked in under the impression that my credit is shot and wouldn’t get approved but all I have to say is “But GOD”!! I got the Truck that I wanted and desired after test driving 4! I highly recommend checking them out if your Vehicle shopping! Trust me when I tell you, I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to on this one! Go see for yourself ! I doubt you’ll be disappointed
I can NOT complain about one thing with my experience buying a car from Mercy. I arrived at the lot close to closing time. Test drove a vehicle, got financing and was out of there in under an hour. I really love my truck and the conversation and helpfulness of the owner was top notch as well. I am blessed to have come across them to purchase my Murano.

Save your money they sell lemons I bought a car that appeared to be in good condition and the type of car is known to be reliable but two days later the car didn’t drive due to the catalytic converter not only was the car a lemon it took them over 60 days to send the tittle. If I could give negative stars I would do not waste your time or money
