⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jacob was a huge help throughout the entire process. As a single mom, I've been struggling to find reliable transportation that actually fits my budget and my current season of life. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions, and helped me find something that made sense for me without making me feel pressured. I'm truly grateful for his patience, honesty, and great customer service. Thank you, Jacob!

My daughter just got a dodge journey today Gary and Irene were wonderful they just don't know how much we both appreciate it and how much has been lifted off my shoulders. God bless them both. Go in with faith and a good attitude. Update needless to say the Dodge Journey is having problems with the transmission and there is a problem with the electrical problems. The engine light keeps coming on when she drives it bucks and jerks and that is very dangerous. Nothing but problems.

I want to share my daughter's experience after purchasing a vehicle from Destiny's Auto. While we understand that the vehicle fire itself may not have been caused by the dealership, we are extremely disappointed that after only three months of ownership, the car already needed major repairs that required us to use the warranty. When we purchased the vehicle, we repeatedly asked Jay, the salesman, to please help us find a reliable car. We explained that we were not from this area, did not have family nearby, and needed dependable transportation to get back and forth to work and handle our daily responsibilities. After the recent repair, my daughter picked up the vehicle and within approximately 10 minutes it began smoking and eventually caught fire. The fire department responded and indicated it appeared to be an electrical fire. It was a terrifying experience for a young woman to go through alone. We understand that used vehicles can have problems, but having significant issues within just a few months of purchase, followed by a vehicle fire, is not what we expected when we specifically asked for a dependable vehicle. This situation has caused our family a great deal of stress, inconvenience, and financial hardship. We simply wanted a safe and reliable vehicle for my daughter, and unfortunately that has not been our experience. I encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle to thoroughly inspect it, ask detailed questions, and make sure they fully understand what is covered under any warranty.

The guy J is not a good liar!! He will over talk you into doing something acting like he’s a good sales man and he’s not!!! Told my nephew he was approved than said he wasn’t then asked for another bank statement not to mention he had me co sign for him and lied to us the whole time running my damn credit! He’s not a honest salesman and I think it’s pretty messed up how he did it because a simple it won’t approve would have done it and he would have just went else where but instead he wasted 3 hours for no reason! Good thing he went to another lot and got a car! Not sure if they work off having someone apply but I hope it made you feel good to get your little pay for the fake sale smh! I would not recommend going to him! Try the other guy in the office!!

Bought a car less then 45 days and I find out there's an oil gasket leak. Bought a warranty but guess what! That's not covered! They tell me they don't have a credit card machine due to people frauding them. Red flag! As a company or a regular person you can despute charges and win every time. They tell me that the bank charges them. Another red flag! So to get my vehicle I had to bring $650 in cash for a less then $200 fix. I know because I contacted three different liable mechanics and they quoted $190ish. I will never do business at destiny's again. They overcharge for the car and the service. 🎤 Drop!
