Save your money, go somewhere else. The car I bought here broke down after a week, and the dealer said the car had been in an accident. Transmission, AC/heat, brake pads, compressor, spark plugs, and ignition coil, all of which were replaced in less than 6 months after I bought it. They only gave me one key, and I tried to pay off the car, but they said no. It’s not fair they take advantage of people. The only reason I went here was cause I was new to Columbus and had nobody to help me and they were the only wants accepting my passport as ID.

It has now been 2 years since I bought from ALB auto group but I’d like to leave another review to give an update and also inform others I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat TDI I financed the vehicle it had 98k miles it drove good I couldn’t see any issues well 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle it blew up come to find out the vehicle had been run low on oil because it had a previous hole in the oil pan so didn’t fully blow up at the time it was JB welded and bandaged up and then sold to me by ALB auto a new motor cost me 7,000$ not including other things it needed I was 19 at the time now in 20k in debt with a vehicle that would never be the same I’m now 21 finally paid the vehicle off I no longer have it due to issues but the dealership didn’t help out at all and was a complete nightmare for me I don’t recommend giving your business here it effected me enough I’m writing this 2 years later
