This was an easy and great experience. The Best Buy here pay here in Columbus . I would recommend to come here to actually get a chance to get a car with bad credit.

At first I wasn’t too sure about checking this place out. I don’t put much stock in the reviews section of Google, but one thing I’ve noticed about Legacy in particular is there were far more great reviews than bad, so I decided to take a leap of faith and check them out. As soon as I walked through the door, they welcomed me and were very polite and professional. I, of course, told them I was in the market for a vehicle, and one of the vehicles I had been looking at on their website was actually still there, so I checked out that one. They got me set up for a quick test drive, and I was very pleased. It was nice and clean on the inside, drove very smooth, AC was nice and cold and the heater worked like a dream (was a pretty chilly day). After the test drive, I had noticed that the front passenger door was making a weird noise (it was catching on the fender, I believe they said) and they had mechanics on the clock, who very quickly fixed the problem while we were still doing the paperwork. They had also gave the vehicle a wash before we wrapped everything up and I went on my way. With all that being said, if you’re looking to get a vehicle, GO. TO. LEGACY! Normally if I write a review on something, which I barely do, it’s usually just a quick few words. This is definitely the exception. The customer service these guys provide is beyond exceptional, and they will work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with what you’re getting, as opposed to just sticking you in anything just to make a sale. Needless to say, if I’m ever in the market for another car, Legacy will be my first stop.

I went to this dealership today and had a really great experience. The staff was patient, friendly, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They were professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated their honesty and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free experience.

I had the best experience at legacy! I am a new mom, who was struggling to stand on my own, my mom was helping me get to and from places but it was so hard for me not having my own independence. When I received my income taxes I went to legacy and they told me what I needed, they worked with my downpayment and waited patiently with me while I got my car insurance together, they waited after hours just to make sure I received my car. The 2 guys there met my little boy, they made a connection with us and they have been the 1 and ONLY dealership that had compassion and sympathy for my situation they didn’t see me as a deal but as a person who is just trying to get my life straight. I will always refer people here and come back to get my cars from legacy. My car runs amazing I’ve had no issues with it thus far. Legacy will always have my business! This is not the place to buy a car!!! 2nd Update: I DO have the correct legacy automotive off of westerville rd and by E dublin granville rd. The 270 freeway is right there. also This location sits on same street on other side of bridge to waffle house within walking distance!!!!! I do have the correct location!! This is not a place to buy cars! Regardless of good reviews these bad ones are important too because its still shows the ugly side to workers at THIS LOCATION. Smiling and laughing in your face as your buying a Bad car. This review will REMAIN!
