They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and took the time to answer all my questions. The staff was honest, helpful, and really cared about making sure I was happy. “Mr.J” never fails me, when it comes to getting a ride from Great City Motors. This will be my third trip here. And it excites me each time, I pull up. Payments are easy, and communication is always on point. It’s a nice place to shop for a convenient car or truck.

The vehicle I got overheated as soon as I pulled off the lot. The tierod end came off as I was driving and I almost wrecked on the freeway. The thermostat was rusted shut, there was only half of a water pump, bad lower control arms on both sides. I already put $2000 worth of parts and they refuse to accommodate me on my payments when the money I could have been making my payments with has been going into getting parts for the vehicle. The vehicle is a 07 but shouldn’t have as many issues as it’s having.The repo company they use is shady and they wrecked my vehicle and great city refuses to accommodate for that. Because it’s their company they use. The repo company stole $300 and said it was out of their pocket for their damages but they took it out of the money the was supposed to go to my car payment. They is crap and I’m letting it be known. I also found out that they roll back miles because I had my car checked and the dash said 183,000 miles and the paperwork showed 233,000 miles. This needs to be dealt with or I will be contacting news stations and my attorney will be dealing with this personally

I bought a car from these guys , and it's been having nothing but issues with only a month shuffle out $1500 plus dollars on something I just bought not even a month ago, and with the payments being is a 2001, Chevy blazer is ridiculous, will never come here again and would not recommend you to get your first car here. Because my water pump went out and I have a head gasket possible leak

Would give zero stars if I could. My car had been returned 5 times for repair in the 9 months that we were paying on it. I picked my car up for its final repair 06-18-2026 within 2 days the car started pulling terrible to the right so I had to pay a mechanic out of pocket on a Sunday to figure out what was wrong after inspection the mechanic found both of the bolts on the lower control arm were finger tight which could’ve been catastrophic. Today 07-29-2026 I bring the car into dealership to get the GPS tracker removed and pick up my keys I asked to speak to a manager out comes this short large guy with glasses I explained what was going on he got very rude and acted like we didn’t care and said at least the maintenance we do is free. Free at the cost of possibly taking someone’s life because your repair work is shotty!
