All of our experiences with Jason Peters at Auto Center have been outstanding. Between my wife and I we've gotten four cars from Auto Center and each experience has been better than the last, so much that we wouldn't even consider buying a new or used car from anyone else in the greater Columbus metro area. Ryan is awesome. I’ve had high end buying experiences with Lexus, Infiniti, Audi, and Volvo that we’re not nearly as pleasant as this one. I saved so much money buying a used car versus new and they were honest, fair and easy to work with. The whole process was maybe an hour or so and super relaxed. No crazy negotiating or shady tactics. If you want a car, to save money, time and sanity then go ask for Ryan here.

Absolute best, most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough about how amazing Pam Deyo was during this process. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership, and every experience and interaction with the sales team and management has been second to none! 11/10 Everyone is friendly, real, not robotic and trying to shuffle you in and out digging into your pockets as I have seen many times elsewhere. They understand everyone has different wants and needs, so they really try to figure out what you would like, what your budget is and they'll work with you. They are also very informative so if you don't understand something they are quite good at explaining how certain things and processes work which is also very helpful. They really went out of their way to help my mom when she was in an accident which wasn't her fault, and needed a new car quickly! I was very impressed and knew they would go to bat... which really meant a lot to her and myself as well. Great job guys! And great job on all my purchases too! I have been quite pleased with all of my vehicles. So to anyone that reads this and is thinking about getting a car and are unsure of where to go, I would highly advise a stop in to Auto Center of Cbus and give them a try! Auto Center of Columbus did a wonderful job in helping find the right used car we wanted. Being tied in with Nissan North and the Mitsubishi dealership across the street, really gives them a great selection and insured that the used cars are thoroughly inspected and running properly. Jason was awesome and took the time needed to go over all our options. If you need a used car, I recommend that this be one of your first choices. It turned out to be the only one we needed.
