5/5 Stars – Absolutely Incredible Experience! If you are looking for a vehicle, go to Right Way Automotive on Beechmont and ask for Vance or Preston. They both are honestly amazing! From start to finish, Vance did everything he could to get me the best possible deal. He went completely above and beyond to find the exact, specific vehicle I wanted for my family, he even drove 3 hours away just to pick it up and bring it back for us! The best part about working with him is that he actually cares. He doesn't feel like just another salesperson trying to make a quick buck; he genuinely treats you like family. He’s so good that I already sent a friend his way. Vance took care of them, got them into a great car, and the dealership even sent me a referral bonus, which was amazing! At the time, I wasn't able to get approved for a vehicle, but the team was honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain my options without any pressure, which really left a positive impression. Fast forward to this past Saturday—I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing and was pleasantly surprised when Preston, the sales consultant who had helped me before, remembered me. Even while assisting other customers, he made time to help and treated me like a valued customer. I told him I was interested in the 2021 Dodge Durango on the lot, and he immediately got to work. In less than an hour and a half, Preston had everything handled and got me into my new vehicle. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
