I recently purchased a car from KBS Auto Sales and have been extremely disappointed with the service I've received after the sale. While the buying process was mostly smooth at first, the dealership has taken an unreasonably long time to pay back the money they owe to my loan company. It’s been TWO months since this dealership was made aware that they owe my loan company money and despite numerous follow-ups and assurances, the payment still hasn’t been processed. This is very frustrating because while they have been dragging their feet, I have been made responsible for the payment that they are supposed to make. To be clear, I am currently paying off the loan for the car that I bought from them AND making payments that THEY are responsible for making themselves. I have been more than patient with them and have shown much more grace than they deserve, but enough if enough. I’ll be taking legal action to resolve this issue.

Horrible place to buy a car. Spent $5200 on a 2011 dodge, had to spend $3000 on it 2 days later over things that were not told to me upon purchase. Had to repair oil cooler, thermostat, intake manifold, and 2 ground wires that were not connected properly or they were rusted off. They did not try to reimburse me any of the trouble. These things you can’t even determine are wrong with the 15 minute test drive time they have for vehicles. Not worth the headache. Not worth the time or money. These people should not own a used car lot.

Dear KBS customers, I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issues I am experiencing with the repairs on my 2013 Lincoln MKX. To summarize the events so far - I initially brought the vehicle in to your shop, at which time you informed me that the driveshaft would need to be replaced and returned the vehicle to me. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the fill plug for the rear differential was missing. Furthermore, the problems I was experiencing with the vehicle prior to the repair work have only worsened. I am now effectively left with a car that is unusable, relegated to being a "driveway ornament" as you so aptly put it. Adding to my dismay, I have since gone to the expense of replacing the rear differential myself, only to continue experiencing these issues. This leads me to believe that the root cause is likely related to the driveshaft replacement you performed, not the differential. The clear evidence of corrosion on the bolts indicates that the driveshaft was not properly removed and replaced as you had claimed. This is unacceptable, and I expect you to make this right. I would like you to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, properly diagnose the issue, and complete the necessary repairs to restore my MKX to full working order. I have been more than patient, and I now require a swift and satisfactory resolution to this problem. Sincerely, Aaron

I haven’t received my title after 45 days and my phone calls have been ignored once I started inquiring about the title. I don’t recommend this place at all. I will have to go to the bmv to see what’s going on with the title and get another temporary tag through them until my title comes in. Do Not Consider This Place For Purchasing A Car! I’m not the only one dealing with this situation.
