I can not recommend this place enough. I just purchased a Jeep Wagoneer from here yesterday and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Mark French was the sales rep I worked with and I would 5/5 recommend him. In fact, my son is due for a car in about a year, and we plan on coming back to this dealership to see Mark and purchase our next vehicle. From the sales rep to the finance manager (even met the owner) everyone was honest, informative, and relaxed. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life and this was the least stressful and smoothest of them all.

Buyer beware. Bought a 2020 Jeep. First time driving it, ABS light, Parksense light, traction stability lights all came on and won't go off. They told me to pound salt. Avoid this dealer at all cost. They sell used junk and don't stand behind it. They will leave you high and dry after you spend your hard earned money. Don't fall for the family dealer atmosphere. They are far from it.

Never again! Kat sold me a used POS. Havent had it even 11 months and now the timing belt needs changed and just had to change the knock sensor. Had to replace the battery one month after buying it. When I called, they said I was on my own. I will never make this mistake again. Kat seen me coming. They also charged me 19k for a car that's worth only 13. Been in an accident when I specifically asked if it had and she told me NO. She told me no issues with the car. Come to find out...there's many many serious issues. This place should be shut down. AVOID

I bought a truck from them only had it a little over a month then a head went bad, yes a bought a extended warranty thank god, but I thought I’d ask the dealership if they could help with it being it was only a month. I called and left a message for the sales manager to call me which he never did, then I called the salesmen that I purchased it from which he basically told me you live two hours away and your tow bill would not get covered by the warranty, so I was basically told your on your own and hope the warranty helps you. I would have thought that a reputable dealership would offer some kind of assistance being a new customer to them and only having the truck for a month I guess not, now my truck sits at another dealership on the lot waiting to be fixed because I didn’t purchase it through them and have been placed on the back burner. I can’t at this time recommend HERRNSTEIN for any kind of purchase and will not recommend them to anyone for a purchase of a new or used vehicle simply because I was told to pound mud and they would not stand behind what they sell. To add to this review a few months later, still never heard anything from this dealership what so ever. When I purchased this truck I asked the salesman because Ohio doesn’t do state inspections what all do you check on a used vehicle before you sell it,we check it all over, well not true they happened to miss the fact that the truck was missing its front sway bar ( completely gone ) Found that out at my first oil change. Out of all the vehicles and dealerships I have purchased from this has got to be the worst one for customer satisfaction I have ever encountered. Buyer beware!!!
