I purchased a vehicle from Gibbys out of state. Kip was very helpful through the entire process over the phone and online, and even assisted the pickup with the vehicle transport company. I am very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended

Absolute Scam artist, Looked at a vehicle they claimed was in working order, and just from physically looking at it, Had way more issue then they led on, when asked about them, was told they woukd he taken care of.. Instead they sold it to someone who had no knowledge of what they was getting into! Have heard nothing but bad about this place, will lie to your face and say whatever needs to be said to get your hard earned cash in thier pocket! Much better places and people to deal with.. Be careful or you will end up spending more to fix then what it is worth.

Beware this place. Very Shady. Will claim the vehicle has been fully serviced and should have no issues. What they mean when they say they have it fully serviced by a mechanic is one of them patches up things just enough to get it off the lot. I got a used vehicle off of them and granted used vehicles have their problems but I was informed that there were no current issues and it had been fully serviced by a mechanic. Only to find out it a week later, it had a fluid leak. They had not refilled any of the fluids they had emptied either and had I not checked the head gasket probably would have blown. Barely any oil in it, no coolant. Tires kept going low so I got them replaced to find out that the rims were actually cracked and had been puttied to hide so have to replace that too. Wiring is jacked up pressing down on master window control rolls up windows, speakers work intermittently, there are cut wires that I'm not even sure where they go to and many more issues I am encountering all the while they are blowing up my phone wanting me to pay them more and threatening to send to collections (which I will be fighting) even though I am already settled and paying the loan agency. I just hope it lasts till I get it paid off. Either way BEWARE this shady and terrible business and If you do happen to get anything from them, have an ACTUAL MECHANIC take a look. If I could give a 0 I would.

Carrier Warning: Exercise caution when hauling for this company. Our transportation invoice has remained unpaid for 2 months despite repeated follow-up attempts and multiple opportunities to resolve the matter. Communication has been poor, and payment has not been made as agreed. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend doing business with this company until all outstanding carrier obligations are satisfied.

Sold an f250 4x4 as a road worthy truck. Instead the truck came with the wrong key,fuel lines leaking,inner shaft is broke hubs and brakes are bad and the windshield leaks. Originally was going to help with the cost of fixing it now has me blocked. If you like buying junk vehicles claiming to be 100% road ready this is the place for you.
