Ron went above and beyond to get me in a new to me Toyota Avalon. It is a highly rated car online and more luxurious than my trade in vehicle. The car was the right color for me and other than a sunroof ( don’t like them ) so far everything is great. He did warn me to watch my speed as you can easily go over the limit without realizing it.

Just purchased a Lexus from Ted's Auto Sales. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a used vehicle. My salesman Ron was just outstanding! Any business that has been in Louisville since 1959 and is still there is a honest business! They are fair, knowledgeable and will not sell a clunker, they take pride in their vehicles and always have the best used vehicles for purchase. You can trust these folks. They are local and are very loyal to their customers. I won't ever buy another vehicle anywhere else! Will even have my oil changes there because they know so much about cars and they're affordable.

Old school pre-owned dealership. You deal directly with the owner or his son. No BS with add-ons. It is the negotiated price and tax/title. Truck was as advertised. I would buy from them again!

Purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V for our daughter. Very easy and smooth purchase process and they handled the plate transfer from her old car, saving us a trip to the BMV. Great car and will definitely purchase from them again. UPDATE: She had an issue with her wiper switch. I called and Ron told me to bring it down, he checked it out and said it needed a new switch. He ordered the part, installed it today and didn't charge me anything. Ted's Auto is proof that there are still stand-up, honest businesses out there.

Went to look at a car and it was a decent deal. Ran a diagnostic on it and came back with a critical error that would need to be taken in ASAP to get fixed. They wouldn't budge or negotiate on price after I told them so I left. Be careful what you buy. If you didn't know about this error before hand you were buying just to turn around and scrap it.
