Awesome experience!!! Aerion was excellent and Brian was also great to work with...drove 4 hours and wasn't disappointed. Well worth it and the Vette we bought is extremely nice. Thanks again guys at Ohio Auto Warehouse!!! Update!!! Got the Vette today and the guys fixed what they said they were going to fix!! They got it shipped to Michigan for me and it's in the garage!! Once again thanks guys!!!

We had a great experience here. We weren’t greeted by sharks so that made it nice. We found exactly what we were looking for. Test drove it and came back and signed the paperwork which took less than an hour which made it even more great! Brian is good at what he does. He explained everything and wasn’t pushy either. I can’t remember the young guys name who helped us out in the beginning but he helped out a lot too. Everyone there had excellent customer service. We’ll definitely go back there to shop because their prices are also great!! Thanks for our work truck guys! It looks great sitting with our other vehicles. lol

Not even my agent but done MORE for me than my own agent. Will definitely be switching to Ohio Auto Warehouse after I get out of this mess!! So helpful in the office and had an office to walk in to and people who spoke my English language. What a pleasant experience!! Thank you

My experience at Ohio Auto Warehouse was great. Aerion, Brian among others were a tremendous help. They were spot on with everything through this purchase, which was with ease. I actually had my car delivered, which they worked for me to have it in a very quick manner. My car is Absolutely charming, very well taken car of, exactly as Aerion said. Ohio Auto Warehouse is hands down one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. The check engine light came on the very next day after purchase, and within five days the heat stopped working entirely. There is no excuse for selling a vehicle in this condition. Once problems showed up, so did their true colors. They ignore my calls, won’t return messages, and refuse to take responsibility. They were happy to take my money but vanished the moment something went wrong. This place is a classic example of a dealership that dumps broken vehicles on customers and then avoids them. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and dishonest. I strongly warn anyone considering buying from them — don’t. Update on my truck just took it to a dealership to be inspected. Had to have brakes replaced. They were metal to metal oil change a cab filter needed replaced was never done. Said cab filter was disgusting took rear duly wheel off to discover was only held on by four of the eight bolts. This place is a lying deceitful dealership. Don’t be the next one to get got by them. To have to spend over $3000 on a vehicle that you just paid 35,000 for and was told that it was inspected and gone through a maintenance checklist before being sold to me to find out all these issues tells you everything you need to know about this dealership
