Bought a 2014 Scion TC from this dealership and had a great experience overall. Jerry was our salesman super kind, informative, transparent about the car, and easy to work with. They were willing to negotiate on the price, which we really appreciated. The car itself had a couple small things, the lug nuts were extremely tight, so getting the wheels off back home was a bit of a challenge, it also had some dings but is expected for a 2014 and it was a little dirty at first. But once cleaned up, it looked great. Everyone there was friendly, and it felt good supporting a smaller dealership. I’d definitely recommend them to a friend. Excited to make plenty of good memories with my new 6‑speed!

Buyer beware, have had two different customers one I personally know and one who came to our lot for help. This place sells vehicles with undisclosed issues and will offer little to no help. Offered one of their customers a cv axle replacement for $75 dollars the vehicle is unable to be driven had issues within a week of leaving the lot. absolutely awful. I will never do business with this place again. I don't recommend anyone. I've read a lot of different reviews of different people being helped out by this AutoNet company. evidently, I must be the one person that they refuse to help. I bought a 2011 Subaru legacy. I drove it for less than 30 days. brakes went out. wheel bearings went out. my tire still leak air when I brought the car in to have it serviced or at least discuss on payment options or plans. I was absolutely refused. any kind of payment option or plan. I was flat out told I needed another $700 up front for them to do any kind of mechanical work whatsoever I put a $3,000 deposit on this car up front. and I've never missed a payment.

Terribly lied too about the vehicle i got from them when i first drove it , it seemed great but then when i came back the next week to pick it up from them putting a tracker into it just in case they need to repo it from me the engine like was on the thermostats, coolant sensor were completely blown out, the fuel pump system on the bottom of the gas tank has completely fallen off and the car is shaking now cause i think the tie rod or control arms about to break. They left the inside comedy lately disgusting. I had to clean it myself and I’ve only had the car a week if maybe. He also told me that they are hoping that i don’t make payments so they can come take it. Basically saying 1 they knew the issues with the car 2 they didn’t care that it was my last thousand in my pocket to help me. And they just wanted my money clearly and they want 500 plus a month for this car and 8000 total when’s it’s barely worth 3 cause that’s how much or less they probably got it fror … also he lied to my face acting like he was talking care of me but i could see the snake in Jerry’s eyes …just wanted my money he also told about how many times people have wrote bad reviews and they delete them to keep business ! He exposed completely how they treat people just by me asking and see ing how i was treated they want me to pay extra and add it to my “8000” dollar bill to fix the problems but im not going that route you’re all fake there and i can’t wait or not pay you no money any more i hope and pray your business gets shut down because you’re all liars and don’t really care about people struggling just taking from them while they are down …but don’t worry God will have his revenge on people like yall revelations baby read it and weep for your sins you false caring Frauds. And i can’t take them to court or get my money back cause he seen how in distress i was for a car and just had me sign away ..saying it’s ok this is this and this is that …so if you want a car don’t go to them …this message will be deleted cause he told me they do that to bad reviews 😂😂 oh and the flex pipe is complete blown out …yeah yeah ik it’s my fault for trusting them but i hope you don’t seeing my mistake

Horrible don’t do business with them got a ford from them my car stuck in a setting we’re I can’t go above 80 mph and can grind my music all the way up and everything my car try to go above I see smoke and it smells like something burning and don’t forget when I drove off the check engine light on now they can’t do nun bout it but expecting there money… don’t shit here unless u wanna waste money im gone keep coming up here everyday till they fix there problems and now they lying saying they would help fix but made me drive 30 min and lying and want me to pay for sum they sold me so wrong I won’t do business with them again talking about we just won’t make money off of it u getting 6000 for this car but ok yea just don’t do business with them at all guys I want them outta business treating people like this
