First and foremost I will start by at least saying the guys were friendly. My daughters grandpa was wanting to buy her a car for her 16th birthday before he moved out of state. We stopped here to look at a BMW that my daughter didn't like. We were just going to leave but her grandpa ended up knowing one of the guys and they convinced him to look at a 2015 vw passat that they had. It seemed like a decent car and my daughter agreed to it so she didn't miss out on getting a car. The car was purchased june 2025, so not even 6 months later and all we have had is problems. It had an oil leak, fixed that. The battery in it was the wrong size, got a new one. It was having issue after issue. We replaced the spark plugs and coils on top of a new throttle body has been ordered. Its misfiring in the cylinders and she can barely drive it because it'll start shaking out of nowhere and she has to pull over. Now shes got a car that she can't afford to fix or any money for a new one. Definitely not an experience a 16 yr old should have to deal with.

I'm old enough to know by now that used car sales people have a reputation for a reason. If they're advertising a car is rust free, that means they've simply painted over the rust on the frame and used rhino lining to paint over the rocker panels. If you can't see it, it must not be there. I will never understand how these places stay in business when all they do is falsely advertise the product. I could have literally pushed my finger through the rocker panel if I wanted to.
