Imports Auto Group LLC

I bought a ford escape from imports auto group recently. Ben was super informative, very friendly and very helpful. Next time I’m in the car market I’m definitely coming back to import auto group. I had an amazing experience buying my car I fell in love with it the moment I saw it online and again when I saw it in person car ran smoothly on my test run the price of the car was unbeatable I was very very happy. I recommend him to anyone who’s looking to buy a car.

bought a car from here a little bit ago and honestly I’m super happy with the condition of the car and how it runs. The dealer was very upfront about the car definitely recommend coming here if you’re in a market for a car!

I got screwed big time from these guys. My fault tho. Just warning others dont trust them at all. They hide stuff and lie like crazy. They list every vehicle with no mechanical issues or leaks. Good tires and brakes. Its a lie. I bought a vehicle knowing it probably needed a few things even tho they said it didnt. The check engine light came driving it home, mechanic is saying the converters are all plugged up and it needs a camshaft sensor and leaks oil, the back tires were bald. I seen that before buying and a few other things but they got me for sure. Depending how long the converters were clogged it could have engine damage. Waiting to hear from mechanic on that still. Of course they deny everything and offer 0 help. Also they key fob broke and was supposedly out for delivery a few days ago and they still dont have it. Guaranteed they never orderd it. I seen another review saying the same thing. Very very sketchy people... the reply back is more lies of course... you never once offered to help in anyway, guarantee you dont have the key fob after a week. Even tho it was supposedly out for delivery. You did hide stuff. Why was the trip odometer reset when I came to look at it. That happens when you unhook the battery. You unhooked the battery to hide engine light. Keep lying, you look stupid and shady

Wife went to look at a vehicle today. Website showed the vehicle only had battery issues so it seemed reasonable to purchase. Got there to check it out and it barely ran, had no cold AC and the brakes were barely working. It was in awful shape and no where near what was advertised. I highly recommend looking somewhere else to buy a vehicle or be prepared to be very disappointed.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE SELLING CARS THAT ARE MESSED UP AND WILL HAVE A HARD TIME GIVING YOU YOUR REFUND .MAKE SURE UK KNOW THE LAWS WHEN BUYING A “AS IS” CAR
