I had a great experience with Minnix Auto Sales. I worked with David Minnix when purchasing my car, and he was very kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. About five days after buying the car, it started making some loud noises from under the hood, which was obviously concerning. I contacted David, and he was very understanding and generously allowed me to bring the car back to the dealership so they could take a look at it. They found the issue, ordered the part that was needed, and replaced it, all within about a week. I really appreciated how quickly they handled the situation and how willing they were to help even after I had already purchased the car. It made me feel like they actually cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Minnix Auto Sales and David to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Bought my truck here. What a beautiful vehicle. I felt the deal was ok but Dave (the owner) was awesome! He showed patience with us when we spent almost the whole day getting the financing nailed down. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a car or truck. Thanks Dave for everything!

After our used Ford that we purchased in the fall for towing our camper blew a transmission we were on the hunt again for a truck. Looking at several private owned trucks and dealership trucks we found one that fit our needs at Minnix. The salesmen/owners were incredibly nice and easy to deal with. No real pressure to purchase. There were two minor issues (rusted slide in the receiver, and no emergency brake) both issues were fixed before we took the truck home. The truck was clean and as far as we can tell mechanically sound. After all it is still a used truck and comes with no guarantees. I would recommend Minnix auto in Cuyahoga Falls. Zac was great to work with and very professional. *will add photos later *
