Northland Auto Center, Inc. Fargo

Kit was great to work with and went way above and beyond to make sure my car worked when we discovered some issues. Glad we worked with him and will definitely again.

Did a trade in back in December. Ended up with a 2007 huyndai Santa fe . Nate was the financer . The warranty was good for up to 18,000 miles on some repair. What we didn't know is that the timing chain was already bad. I did in fact hit two dips pretty hard and busted the engine mount so it gave a rattle but she still ran however , there were other problems as well . Had a guy take a look at it and he found 11 codes , when we got it the gas Guage was even off . So after so many hundreds of dollars and attempt repairs we finally got it towed back to northland yesterday. Nate texts and tells us we didn't do an oil change on the car and that's what was wrong with it. It was my hope that Nate would work with us and either allow us another vehicle or at least a loaner until we could figure something out of which he did neither like he promised. Instead I woke up today to find a text that didn't seem right " you guys never did an oil change and that was the problem " with having to take my wife to dialysis 3 days a week , and being up for a kidney transplant in August. You'd think the guy would show some mercy and compassion here but all Nate wants is the money. I strongly advise anyone to not do business with these people. They'll sell u a bad car and if you're not careful whenever something goes wrong it was what you did. And now we are stuck paying for a vehicle sitting at northland that we can't even drive. Don't fall for it folks.
