I have not been car shopping once 2008 so of course I was very apprehensive about starting again. I was an On-Line car site and thru that I got a call from Cisco at New Day Auto. I have several issues to work with and Cisco worked like a Magician, with Patience and Professionalism and found me a car that very day ! It absolutely fit my budget and something I wanted to drive. Was a great sales experience and worked with almost the whole family at this great dealership. If you hate going to the larger car lots where there is high pressure this is a night and day difference. Car quality too seems to be way better than other lots too.

Buyer beware on the 2018 White Jeep Grand Cherokee (VIN:1C4RJFBG3JC138164). I performed a mechanical inspection and found an active oil filter housing leak and a significant engine rattle on startup. Despite the bank valuing the car at $12k in “pristine” condition, the dealer refused to address these repairs while asking for a premium price on a “Moderate” accident vehicle. Professionalism was lacking when negotiations turned to the mechanical condition of the car.
