Update to my review. My car shut down 30 days after buying the car. I gave a 8k deposit that I saved up for now I’ve been without a car for 3 months because the engine is destroyed Dave promised the warranty would fix it and they did not !! He also mentioned pre existing horrible car experience my kids and I now have to uber save the trip your money go to another Dealership I’ve had many foreign cars this has never happened. Raleigh Police magistrate told me to sue for supplying a lemon.

Worst car dealership I could have chosen to go to. I purchased my first car from Dave last Saturday, it is a 2016 Nissan rouge. I knew going into looking at the Rouges that they had transmission issues especially with certain years. The 2016 was not one of them. Dave made the process very smooth and simple and said that the car had been checked by mechanics. Not even 2 days into have the car, I was driving home from work and the transmission starting stalling and the car wouldn’t move. It is currently sitting at a shop with a quote for a new transmission at $5500 when I am paying a little over 11 for the car itself. Please explain to me how you miss such a big issue with a car and sell it to someone like it’s completely fine. I have been trying to get ahold of Dave to solve this issue for almost a week now and I cannot get a response. He will not even speak to my mother about it anymore either. We will be taking this to the better business bureau and I will possibly be hiring a lawyer. Nobody should ever have to deal with such atrocious customer service. Do not buy from here.
