We purchased an SUV for my wife and were assisted by Evelina. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and helpful, guiding us through the entire purchasing process from start to finish. As for the vehicle, my recommendation is to inspect it carefully before buying, just as you should with any dealership or used car business. In our case, there was a mechanical issue that turned out to be a maintenance-related matter, and they helped us address it. Later, I performed a few additional maintenance items on my own, nothing out of the ordinary, and since then the vehicle has been running very well. Overall, we received excellent customer service, paid a fair price, and are satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. Based on our experience, I would recommend them.

Brandon is the best car dealer I’ve ever had help me. He took his time, explained everything thoroughly and clearly and didn’t try to get over. We were originally in a very bad deal and he went above and beyond to help he is into a better situation and a better car. Truly a great person. Ask for Brandon and I promise you’ll be taken care of!!!!

We worked with Brandon to buy my daughter’s 1st car. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We were just presented with the car fax, test drove and came to our own decision. Paperwork was very efficient. Would highly recommend this dealership for its excellent, personal and transparent service.

UPDATED 7/22/2026 See last four added rust photos - I have more!! On my previous review below I noted rust that was visible to the eyes. The owner, Farah Sharifi, or the sales person did NOT disclose that there was rust underneath the vehicle to the degree it deems the vehicle not road safe or structurally sound. The vehicle has been sitting in my driveway undriveable. The severity was brought to their attention and I was told the owner would reach out when she had time - she has yet to reach out or respond to my certified demand letter to rewind the deal. Please continue to follow tis as I start today involving the state regulatory boards. An "as-is" clause does not protect a dealer from outright fraud or active concealment. While "as-is" normally means the buyer assumes the risk for mechanical failures, it is not a legal shield for a dealer who did not disclose severe, dangerous structural instability. I am also starting a FBook page on this dealer and the sale. Will post link later I will give this dealership a "good". I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. I was told it was a trade-in. I got a pretty decent price on it. I was able to drive it on a Friday. It was close to closing even though I do not feel like the salesperson, Brandon, was rushing me. I felt like they were rushing to close. We put a deposit down and said we would come back the next day for the purchase. On that Friday we pointed out to them that back gate body below the windshield wiper was badly scarred because the wiper blade was dropping below the window. I was told it was taken to the body shop and quoted $200 to PAINT the damage that the windshield wiper had done. Salesperson Brandon said he would split the cost with me. Red flag why should I have to pay for half a cost of something that I didn't cost the damage? However, I agreed since it was only $100 added to the sales price. The next day however I did not get a paint job. I got a buffing. Again, something I should not have had to pay for. As things were progressing, Brandon was very good at keeping me updated during the whole process letting me know when the car would be ready. However, During the pickup of the car, I did not feel like I got personal attention as he was trying to help several people and me at the same time where there were two ladies in the office who were free and clear and I felt like he could have called for help saying hey, could you get these customers what they need while I close out this sale? In addition, at the end of the sale where we were just sent on our way stickers on the side of the window stickers on the front of the window hold sign inside soul sign inside the car wasn't detailed. It was very dirty. It was just a bad pickup experience. 100% bad. Since then I took the car to the shop to make sure I could get at least 30,000 mi out of it, And this is my own fault for not asking Brandon if I could do this prior to the purchase but it has a turbo oil leak, a valve cover gasket leak. The rear differential is in need of repair. It was four different kinds of tires on it so that was messing up. The all-wheel drive there is a massive amount of rust underneath the vehicle and on the wheel disc and calipers indicating it was either at the beach or up north... Other things valve cover leak was so massive and had so much oil that the mechanic said that was an immediate repair. He put dye in the oil so we can keep up with all the leaks. But yeah mass of oil leaks... Be smarter than me and please ask what program they have to let you observe the vehicle for at least 24 hours before a purchase. Hopefully Brandon will understand the value of one-on-one personal customer service and an out the door white glove delivery. I cannot recommend this place because that was only one time that I had gone
