I bought a car off these guys for $25000 and not even 2 weeks of ownership it started having major engine issues and in the 3rd week it exploded on me on my way to school, we pulled the engine out and found out the cylinder heads were scratched really badly and the engine block was a refurbished used block out of a f150 with over 180000 miles on it also it looked like they knew what the issue was and just cleaned it up and put it back together, we also found signs of fuel adatives in the oil that are meant to suppress engine problems for short periods, the clutch was smoked it looked like it was just replaced but they didn’t properly break it in also the engine swap that they did was never documented so I wasn’t aware that there was a refurbished used engine in my car till after exploded on me, I don’t recommend shopping here at all. These pictures are from 3 weeks after my purchase. Do not shop here

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership in 2023 and understood it was being sold “as is.” My issue isn’t that used cars need repairs—it’s the lack of honesty, professionalism, and accountability I experienced. During the sale, I was verbally assured the car ran well and was told I would have warranty coverage, including tire protection through Discount Tire. When I later called about those promises, I was told no such warranty existed and that they didn’t believe anyone had ever said that. Less than a year after purchasing the car, I had major brake issues. When I called the dealership, I wasn’t asking for a free repair—I was simply looking for guidance. Instead, I was blamed for not maintaining my vehicle, even though I had only owned it for a few months. I remained calm throughout the conversation, but after saying, “That’s fine, I’ll just leave a review,” they called me back and I was yelled at and accused of trying to tear down their business. That response alone spoke volumes about their professionalism. Since buying the car, I’ve had to repair my brakes roughly every six months, costing me thousands of dollars. I understand that repairs happen, but this has been excessive for the amount I’ve driven, and even another independent shop has questioned how frequently I’ve needed brake work. Looking back, I know I should have gotten every promise in writing. I was 19 years old buying my first car, and my mom and I had limited options. I trusted the salesperson’s word, and unfortunately, I learned an expensive lesson. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, I encourage you to read the lower-rated reviews as well as the positive ones. Pay attention not only to the complaints but also to how the dealership responds to them. My experience wasn’t just disappointing because of the car—it was the way I was treated afterward that ensured I would never do business here again.

I have to say I'm really disappointed with the way this was handled. I called about a vehicle and explained that while my credit isn't the best, I do have a co-signer with excellent credit. I was told that I would need a $3,000 down payment. I was honest and said the most I could come up with was $500. The salesperson, who sounded like a younger guy, told me, "I got you," and said he would see what he could do and call me back. I called early in the day, so I understood if he got busy. What I didn't expect was to never hear back from him. A simple phone call, even the next day, would have shown professionalism and respect for my time. Since I never received a call, I reached out again myself to see if there were any updates. That's when I was told the dealership was now asking for a $2,000 down payment. That was frustrating because I had been led to believe they were going to work with the $500 I had available. I understand that things can change, and I'm not upset about that. What bothered me was the lack of communication. If something changes, just let the customer know. Following up with people is basic customer service, and unfortunately, I didn't feel like my time or business mattered.
