Truthfully speaking I would give this place a 1000 out of 10! I’ve had many bad experiences while car searching but this place was the total opposite. Both representatives gave me 10 out of 10 customer service, was truthful about the process, and went over and beyond to get me into the car I wanted while keeping me in my price range.The process was quick and easy. I would totally recommend sign&drive to anyone searching for a vehicle!

So I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring on October 2025, not even a year with the car I had so many issues with it! It’s my first time purchasing a vehicle, interest rate is 26 percent! I know I should’ve done my research before purchasing! But this is my learning experience (an expensive one) but I purchased a vehicle with a so called “friend”, trusting her to sell me a good car and guide me with the purchase. She even told me if I have any issues with the car to bring it back to the dealership before I take it to a shop (in my mind I thought that was part of the routine for the warranty) so I told her ok I’ll do that if I have any issues. So I did but one lady was there and she told me she’ll notify the owner and that she would give me a call back. I NEVER received a call back AND my “friend” never responded me back or answered my calls. Until I had my mother give her a call and she just gave excuses on why she never answered me. And told my mom that I had to take it to the shop and call the warranty. So I did Exactly that and the warranty that the dealership made me buy said it was expired. So now I’m stuck paying for a messed up car while I’m still making almost $500 monthly payments with a high interest rate! I got scammed! For being ignorant and trusting! NEVER EVER COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT AN EXPENSIVE MESSED UP CAR!! The owner said that he’s not responsible for anything and will do absolutely nothing! I’m stuck paying $6k in repairs! Thank you!
