i got a used lexus here, and the experience was great. the customer service was so kind. john helped us through the whole process, and butters (his sweet little dog 🐾) made the experience even better. it has such a nice, family- friendly atmosphere. i definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in need of a great used car. i came by today and got my license plates and john put them on for me! so appreciative for all of the staff and to have a sweet car at a great price! 🙂

Just updating this review for some exceptional customer service: There ended up being a mix-up with the paperwork on the dealer end for titling and tagging the car to me. Don’t let that deter you though, because they handled it exceptionally well. Took responsibility, got on fixing it right away, no giving me the runaround, just “Yeah, we found there was a mistake, we’re on it.” That’s real trust earned right there!! And the lady who handled this for me, (I’m not good with names, forgive me) was so sweet and kind, you can tell she really cared. I was already having a total disaster of a day before trying to figure this out and it was coming through in my voice a bit, and what I’ll say about that is a little kindness goes a LONG way. Long story short, I definitely recommend these folks. As for the car, still running good. —— I purchased a 2002 Highlander from this business on Feb 9 and so far I have to say I’m satisfied and might recommend this dealer to someone I know in the future, he might be in the market for a cheap used car soon. I am a cautious/suspicious person by nature, and I have to thank these guys for being patient with me on that and earning my trust. They let me get two pre purchase inspections, they let me drive the car around all day to monitor and check it for problems myself, and even let me have a look under it at their shop myself. It does have some age related maintenance needs,—no complaint there though as i’m buying a car older than I am. That’s to be expected. And most importantly none of those needs compromise the car’s safety, reliability, or anything else. I took it to my usual mechanic back home to get the timing belt + etc changed out after buying, and he was VERY impressed at the shape of the Highlander given its age, location it had been used in (rust is common where it came from) and the price I got it at, especially when you consider it was a single owner vehicle. So far I have not been let down.

Buying my first car was a very big moment for me, and this car lot made it unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me and my mom with so much kindness, respect, and honesty. I got a great deal for a great car, and they made the entire process bearable when it was the most stressful moment, especially for a first time buyer . So happy to finally be a car owner because of them. I truly recommend this car lot to anyone looking for people they can trust.

Just Purchased a 2002 dodge dakota sport in the flame red color to match the one I already own from old raleigh auto sales and this was a great experience. John was the one to help me through the whole process and it genuinely felt like he had my best interest at heart! He was quick to respond by phone call and had great communication throughout. Had the keys in hand within a day of deciding to purchase the truck! (Even got a photo of me and my wife with both the dakotas!) I definitely recommend them for being friendly, transparent and for their exceptional communication!!
