Great experience! I initially found the vehicle (2018 Honda Clarity) on CarGurus, then used HC Auto Sales' website to review some details and the included CarMax report, which helped me understand the car's maintenance history and condition. The CarMax report showed that HC Auto performed their own inspection, maintenance, and cleanup prior to listing it for sale, which is a great practice. When I went to the lot, Adriana was very helpful even though they were busy, and the test drive process was simple and straightforward. Since the car is a plug-in hybrid and the hybrid battery was empty, they were accommodating and charged it overnight so that I could confirm that the hybrid battery was working properly. They also let me take the car to a Honda dealership for a third-party pre-purchase inspection, and were flexible when the inspection took longer than expected. Amir later walked me through their own inspection report, including photos of the car, brake rotors, and other components, and gave me a copy of it for my own records. Overall the process was straightforward, transparent, and low-pressure. At about a month since my purchase, the car has been great so far, and I would gladly recommend HC Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car!

Bought an Acura mdx few months ago from them and it was a good experience. Nobody pressured me into buying a car which was a good feeling, they also let me take thr car on a a test drive and outside inspection and also fixed small issue, at no cost, that came out during inspection. Prices are not bad at all and they can also help you with getting extra key fob if needed at extremely reasonable prices. Originally there was an issue with a key fob but they saw it through and it was swiftly resolved. Waited few months to write the review to see how the car is and so far has been good no issues at all. They also follow up with you to make sure that everything is okay with purchased car. I am very happy with HC auto and would recommend them, they seem like an honest dealership and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

My experience with HC Auto has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2015 Ford Transit from HC Auto after being assured there were no major issues with the vehicle. Within weeks of ownership, I began experiencing a severe rumbling and vibration at highway speeds. When I returned to the dealership, I was told it was related to the differential, yet no meaningful resolution was provided. Since purchasing the van, I have been forced to spend thousands of dollars addressing mechanical issues that began appearing almost immediately after the sale. Most recently, the vehicle suffered an overheating problem that resulted in nearly $2,000 in repairs, and I am still dealing with additional issues. I understand that used vehicles can require maintenance. What I do not understand is how a vehicle represented as having no significant problems could develop multiple major mechanical issues within such a short period of time. As a small business owner, this van is not a luxury—it’s my livelihood. Every day it is down costs me work, income, and opportunities. The financial burden created by these ongoing problems has been significant. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from HC Auto is simple: pay for a thorough independent inspection before signing anything. Do not rely solely on the dealership’s assessment of the vehicle’s condition. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HC Auto and would not purchase another vehicle from them.
