Bought a car some time last year . The process was painless and rather quick ! I came with down payment in hand and left with not only the cat that I wanted but low monthly payments as well. ! I paid monthly and now I own the car , truth be told there were a few months that I called ashley and she worked with me. TheBEST part about doing purchasing here isTHEY ARE THE BANK you don’t have to worry about being approved and your credit taking a hit if you are denied . Overall I have no complaints and I’ll be back to do more business. It’s hard out here trying to find honest people but I’m glad I found y’all 🫶🏽

1 week after I bought the car I got nothing but run around from Mike, I posted my review and he was unhappy stating my review was untrue. Mike was aware of my a/c not blowing. He told me to take it to a mechanic and it's just probably needing Freon and to bring the receipt and he would deduct it from my payments. The day I was able to get my vehicle looked at I found out there was leak in my compressor. I called Mike and informed him of whats going on. He told me I have to come up with the money for the repairs and all of a sudden he can make an appt with his mechanic and find a cheaper one. However as this is a solution. My mechanic saw the frustration was increasing as i was going back and fourth with Mike. He told me stop and take a look at my car. The bottom frame of my car was completely rusted with giant holes from top to bottom, The major hole being where my compressor was located. My mechanic told me the car was to dangerous to drive and that my car has been in a FLOOD. I was able to leave work early to handle this and go to dealership. Not to meet with Mike but his wife. She started off saying she had no idea that there was rust and ended with saying "We don't give money back". She called Mike and he ended up saying the same thing. I kept my composure and grabbed my plates and said " I was hoping to come up here and find some kind of solution with the fact being I came and brought business and I left with a dangerous car that should of never been on the lot to sell". There was a failure to disclose critical information that would of made a big difference on my purchase. PICTURES AND VIDEOS ARE ADDED!!!!!!!!!
