Hawkeye Auto Sales

Owner is really nice! Tells the truth about his cars, doesn’t pressure you into buying anything. Will be back for my next car!

By far the best dealership I've ever been to, super easy to work with and they gave me a great deal. Not only on my trade in but on the car I was getting as well. Very trustworthy and honest car lot. Highly recommend and we'll be going back for future business. Two thumbs up.

Absolutely love this business! I've bought consistently from them over the past 18 yrs for myself and my family members. Never once have I been disappointed. They stand behind their vehicles 100%.

I have never written a review. Mainly, because I don't waste my time and I don't like speaking behind peoples back. I still stick to these principles, however, and have talked with Hawkeye Auto and told them my opinion. They did not call me when my license plate was in from DMV ultimately ending in me getting pulled then having ticket I must appear in court to have disputed. I went to their office and they said they must have my plate in their inventory. In their stack of around 30 license plates they found mine. I suggested they call the other car owners to let them know their plates are in. I know I wanted to know it would have saved me time and money.. They said "you should be able to and can get out of your ticket, sorry" Overall they seem nice and probably are good people, however, be careful when you do business with them I certainly wish I did not.

We were expecting our first baby when we went to Hawk Eyes and needs something family friendly. We got an 05 Chevy Cobalt. The first day I had it home and was driving it the breaks started squealing. So I drove it back up there nearly 40 weeks pregnant ans as aked them to fix it. The young guy told me I was SOL since ya know we test drove it. My husband ended up changing the breaks. No big deal. 3 months later I was driving down the road with my baby in the back seat and the car sputtered and shot sparks out the exhausted! We had to have it towed jn the pouring rain and then paid $500 to a shop to fix the problem. Not even a month later we learn that it had a cracked head gasket. We took it back up them and they worked it out and put us in an 07 impala. When I drove the Impala home we haf nothing but problems with it. We returned both cars and literally pissed away thousands of dollars. I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase anything from this place.
