Michael was the BEST delivery person for my situation. He was super patient with the trade in issues (not a Carvana issue but and issue with my old car). Carvana itself was quick to fix the problem as well so I would still get my delivery the same day! Def will recommend to others.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Carvana and would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them. I purchased a vehicle from Carvana in March. Just 9 days after taking delivery, the electronic parking brake engaged on its own and refused to release, leaving the vehicle undrivable. I contacted SilverRock, Carvana's warranty company, and had the vehicle towed to an in-network repair facility. About four days later, I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. Roughly 15 days later, the exact same issue happened again. SilverRock had the vehicle towed to my local Jeep dealership since it was a Jeep. The dealership kept my vehicle for approximately 45 days. During their inspection, they discovered the electronic control module was completely corroded, there was a phantom water leak somewhere in the rear of the vehicle, and there was a significant amount of mold growing beneath the spare tire. While waiting for the replacement module to arrive, I was left without my vehicle and accumulated approximately $1,600 in rental car expenses. As a parent of three young children—two of whom attend frequent ABA therapy and medical appointments—I had no choice but to continue renting a vehicle. About a month after finally getting my Jeep back, I was driving with my 5-year-old son to pick up his brothers from therapy when the vehicle suddenly jerked violently, every warning light illuminated on the dashboard, "Service Transmission" appeared on the screen, immediately followed by "Service Park Brake." The vehicle lost power, would barely accelerate, and when I attempted to shift into neutral to push it out of traffic, the electronic parking brake engaged itself yet again and refused to release. This was not just inconvenient—it was terrifying. My child and I were stranded in traffic because of what appears to be an ongoing electrical issue that was never truly resolved. By this point, my 100-day limited warranty had expired. When I contacted Carvana to ask what they could do, I was essentially given two options: - Pay to repair the known electrical issue myself before I could trade the vehicle in. - Voluntarily surrender the vehicle and accept a repossession on my credit. Neither option is acceptable when the vehicle has exhibited serious safety issues almost immediately after purchase. I trusted Carvana to sell me a safe, reliable vehicle. Instead, I received one with major electrical problems, water intrusion, corrosion, mold, repeated breakdowns, thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses, and a company that has offered no meaningful resolution. This has been, without question, the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I have now scheduled a legal consultation to determine my options moving forward because I cannot continue risking my safety—or more importantly, the safety of my children. 100/10 would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from Carvana.

I was supposed to pick up in Raleigh. After 3 reschedule dates for pick up and Carvana holding my money. I canceled because something didn't seem right. They give the pick up dates and 3 delays. Now it's been over a week and no refund. I guess my next step is an attorney.
