Excellent place to buy used auto parts. Needed a rear crossmember for my car…found one here and they happened to have the best price around. Paid for it and a couple days later I got a call telling me it was ready for pickup. I was running late picking it up and was going to be there after they closed at 5 PM and they were nice enough to wrap the part in plastic and set it outside their gate so I could get it after hours! Couldn’t be more happy with this business and highly highly recommend them to anyone needing parts!! Thanks!

I have been dealing with this company for about five years and I can say it be Junkyard that I ever been to. I can’t say this is one honest dependable, and if they don’t have it, they will make sure they get it for you. I will send plenty of people to get parts if they really need it because I know Hugo Auto Sale will have it.

To spare all the extra words I’ll just write out the list of what was dealt with & what happened Called Hugo’s for pulled headlights off another car Drove 40+ minutes to pick them up just to be told that one of the headlights got banged up while pulling & that it would be no good (I gave benefit of the doubt & did not get angry) To ‘right this wrong’ I was told they would order me brand new headlights & sell them to me at cost & deliver them to vanceboro to help drive time - I was happy with this The headlights were picked up & installed in my car After around a month of use I noticed my driver side headlight caving in (it was MELTING) (& is continuing to melt) I attempted to reach out to the 2/3 times about this issue & essentially got blown off & ignored so I had to KEEP reaching back out till I got a full response I was then told I could BRING BACK the headlight & get my money back ….mind you this is a 40+ minute drive & after that drive I suppose I’m supposed to drive away with only one headlight in my car ?? Or give them MORE money to order me BETTER headlights & then still be in that same situation we started with. (Waiting & sorting delivery/pickup) I was not happy with this resolution & I told that to them After telling them I was unhappy & will be leaving this review I was told “Please put in the review that we sold the lights to you at cost, delivered them to vanceboro which has us lose money and we were willing to give you a refund for what you brought back.” So I suppose thru all of this they felt they did no wrong & I sure hope I provided enough details that they feel this is sufficient . STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Terrible place and very unorganized. I was looking through car-part.com for a flywheel, and found that this place supposedly had 2. I called to see if they were in stock, and they confirmed that they were. I am an hour away from them so I made sure to call because I didn’t want to waste my time and gasoline. When I get there, I didn’t even know where to park or even enter into the building, so I had to ask my way around. Once I’m in there, they made me wait about half an hour just to let me know that they actually didn’t have it. Very poor customer service and experience, a waste of time and gasoline. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE!

Ordered a headlight that arrived damaged 3 WEEKS ago THAT WASNT EVEN THE CORRECT LIGHG and have still yet to be given a replacement or a refund. Been calling and texting the entire time. Asked for pictures of the damage product, sent pictures. Asked for pictures of the box, sent pictures of the box. Asked for even more photos of the part, sent them more pictures. Almost a month and I’m still without my money or a light. Monday I will be contacting my bank and discussing if there’s a way for me to do a charge back for the whole purchase. This is ridiculous!!
