Auto Pro

I had a great experience. My dealer was Josh. He was very helpful through the whole process and he didn’t stop until I left the lot in a vehicle. Auto Pro has met our family auto needs for years. He was so polite and respectful during this process. Thank you so much Josh and Auto Pro for always coming through. Good customer service indeed.

Vehicle purchase 8-7-26 Friendly very helpful and did everything they could to fix my issues. Enjoying my Vehicle so far. thank you

Highly recommend!! I went and bought a Chevy suburban took it home and the next day and it had some problems so I went back to the dealership the next morning!! They were extremely nice and helpful. Fixed the issue and sent me on my way.

Rude!!!! Josh was the absolute rudest salesperson I’ve ever encountered. Answering my questions with an attitude like I was wasting his time. His reply to one question was “I don’t work for the dodge dealership”. ….. We asked to test drive and he said “I didn’t feel comfortable with you test driving a car without approval. Even if you didn’t want the car it’s only one mark in your credit.” Could have paid for the car cash, my daughter was trying to build some credit .

This was the WORST encounter i’ve ever had and i worked in retail.. Josh was so disrespectful and unprofessional when asked to give insight on vehicles he replied he didn’t work at the vehicles dealership so he couldn’t give insight. He proceeded to be unprofessional as we tried to get a credit application done before i test drove because he didn’t feel comfortable letting me drive it and then proceeded to say he doesn’t feel comfortable financing us a car due to us continuously questioning the process as any customer would who’s investing a lump some of money into anything. Me nor my family will ever look that way again. It was plain racism and hatred. It’s 3 other car places on that road. Don’t go to Auto Pro.
