I just bought a car from Amanda and it was the best experience I've ever had. I had went everywhere trying to get a car and everyone told me no but Amanda made sure that I got a car that I absolutely love. I will be sending all my family and friends to see Amanda at discount auto!!!!

Place is a joke. Told guy I didn't want vehicle without a warranty and somehow they still didn't apply warranty. Truck had more issues than I was told and CEL codes were deleted when I test drove and didn't come on till I got almost home after 2 hour drive back . I was only told need a actuator was needed and they will send me one which they did send me a 200-300 dollar ebay Chinese actuator which didn't fix the issue took to the dealership to confirm it didn't work . Owner was very rude about it when called and stated my issue and told me his mechanic worked on vehicle for 30 years and know what he was doing but clearly he's just deleting codes to help them make sells. Trucks def system was messed up, nox sensor and turbo housing broken all figured out at the dealership and notified to guy who sold me the truck with no help at all. Continually lied to and my time wasted don't bother wasting your money with them you will get messed over. Style actuator they sent me in pics.im just going to fox myself other than wasting my time and breathe wasting on talking to them anymore

Purchased a vehicle about a month ago and worked with Tae initially. He left in the middle of the deal and Amanda finished the purchase without being given clear information about what was going on. I was told verbally there was a 30-day warranty, but that was not included in my paperwork. Within 24 hours, the radio stopped working completely and the fuel pump failed. I spent the next month trying to get this addressed and was repeatedly misled and redirected. Ultimately, I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs, costing me about $1,100. Amanda was professional and did her best to help, but the overall experience—especially the lack of transparency and accountability—was unacceptable. I work hard for my money and didn’t feel valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

The worst dealership I ever had to deal with. I bought a Yukon Denali last month not knowing the SUV had issues with the transmission. After only driving the SUV 4 times the check engine light came on. This SUV was purchased less than a month ago driven under 300 miles. Eddie “Edward” was my sales person stating there was nothing wrong with the SUV. When there is a problem he ignore you. Ava the appointment scheduler never knows what she is doing. All she wants to do is sit behind the desk and complain she hasn’t eaten lunch. Her and Edward talks about each other to customers. Long story short the owners are refusing to give my money back or fix the vehicle under their warranty. They want to use my warranty even though they claim they give you 60 days to fix anything wrong with the vehicle. They constantly place you on hold when calling the dealership. The professionalism is horrible here. They just want your money but do not do their job. They are nice at the beginning until you buy a car, but do a complete 360 after the purchase is made.
