My dad Joe got a car from there a few months back. And had an unexpected problem with the car he purchased, and they didn’t hesitate to fix the problem. And helped him get into another vehicle, after trying to fix it, didn’t work. really good business business very professional!! Definitely recommend! 10 out of 10

We purchased a vehicle yesterday and I can say the atmosphere and whole office was very pleasant and helpful. The time we drove up until the time we signed paperwork everyone was helping each other as a team to make our process smooth very down to earth business, we talked and had some laughs as well. Nothing is guaranteed even if you purchase a new car. I’m a witness of that buying a new car off the lot and had to get a whole new motor and transmission after 3 months later and still continued to have issues and it was a new/used car that only had 41,000 miles. So that being said nothing is guaranteed when you drive off the lot. We just pray that nothing major’s happens 🙏 Thanks again American Auto

My husband purchased a Chevy Impala from here on last week, and I had to bring it back this morning for a minor issue to be resolved. The whole staff was WONDERFUL and they made sure that I was comfortable!!! My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase and I would recommend them to others!!

Horrible place to buy a car from because they came and got the car but put it right back on the lot. Mind you the brakes are terrible and it’s some other issues too. Do not buy a car from them especially that 2007 Toyota Corolla they trynna resale. They do not get their cars checked at all before they throw it in the inventory.

They lie so bad I put 2000 on a car then they wanted me to pay 500 on a" deferred payment" they claim its for tax and tags but really its not they lie and say the car lesser then what it is so they get you to make another payment then I ask them to explain it the women got a mad and start shuddering
