I stopped in over 2 months ago to look at a Subaru Forester for my wife and the next day she went into the hospital for 2 1/2 months. She is home and health now. So, I went back to the dealership and found it refreshing that they remembered me and what was going on with my wife. That was the first thing they asked was how was my wife. I knew at that point this is the type of dealer I wanted to work with. It was not that quick get in here and spend you hard earned money on something you really did not want. No, far from that. Warm welcome and listen to what I was wanting to do. I was looking at a used car at first the I asked to look at new cars because I have a great job. New is right Dewayne Windley, Keane Graham and Manager Lindsey Valliere, help me to pick the right car for my wife. She loves it. Sharp looking, safety and great fuel compared to the 11 year old Jeep we have, (all most double MPG) Lindsey and I went in the office to do the paperwork. Showed me all the stuff finance manages try to sell. Zero Pressure. I told her no thank you and wanted to keep the price right where I wanted it. On the spot. I receive 750 more for my old jeep than I expected. Bonus. I will buy my next car/truck from one of these three people. Felt like family. Thanks to your Team at Capital Subaru. Awesome experience in purchasing my second Subaru! It all started with the service department. While my vehicle was being serviced, I asked Cole if someone could tell me how much I could get for my vehicle as a trade. He tossed the ball to Salesperson Dewayne who was very helpful without being pushy or overbearing while I decided which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable to be so young (at least he looked young). I am recommending Capital Subaru of Greenville to my coworkers and family in this area. And telling them to ask for Dwayne! When you see me riding by in my new Forester Touring, give me a big 'Ru wave'.

Our experience purchasing a new Subaru Forester Hybrid this week from Capital Subaru was surprisingly smooth and pleasant. Worked with Treyvon & Lindsey to put together a deal online, sent payment then picked up the vehicle with the kind assistance of Tim, the transporter, who picked us up from home and to the dealership. Sales Consultant DeWayne was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable while we waited to finish paperwork, gave us a quick rundown of the vehicle’s features, and even took care of setting my seat, pairing my phone and the like. Finally, Finance Manager Allen was bout typical F & I guy, in a good way. All in all one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!
